Sign in to Outlook on the web

  1. Sign in to office.com/signin or Outlook.com.

  2. Select the Microsoft 365 App Launcher Office 365 app launcher icon, and then select Outlook.

Create a signature

  1. Select Settings  > Compose and reply.

  2. Create your signature.

  3. Select the default signature for new messages and for replies.

  4. Select Save.
