This article applies to frontline managers and workers. In Shifts, you can print a hardcopy of your schedule and scale it to one page if you want, or save your schedule to PDF format using Microsoft Print to PDF.

  1. At the upper-right corner of your Shifts schedule, choose Print.Screenshot showing the Print option in Shifts to print a schedule.

  2. If you want to fit your schedule on one page, choose Scale to one page, and then turn on the Print scaling toggle. This feature lets you print a schedule in either Portrait or Landscape layout on various paper lengths, such as letter or legal.

  3. Select Print and then choose your print settings.

    • Microsoft Print to PDF is an option that lets you create a PDF file from other file formats by using a printer. Select this option if you want to save your schedule in PDF format.

    • If you turned on print scaling, make sure your printer settings are the same as the ones you selected on the Scale to one page menu.

  4. Choose Print. If you selected Microsoft Print to PDF, choose the location where you want to save the file. ​​​​​​​
