The United States Microsoft Store only ships to the U.S. and Puerto Rico. For sales in other countries or regions, visit one of the international Microsoft Stores.

We need a full street address for delivery purposes. Rural route numbers are OK, but may result in longer delivery times. We don't ship to personal mailboxes, APO addresses, or U.S. territories other than Puerto Rico.

We don't recommend shipping to a P.O. box; however, if your only option is a P.O. box, we deliver to P.O. boxes under the following conditions:

• The Address 1 or Address 2 lines must contain one of the following variations: POBOX #, POSTALBOX #, POSTBOX #, POSTOFFICEBOX #, or BOX #, where # is a P.O. box number.

• Letters in the address can be uppercase or lowercase.

• Any of the following separator characters between letters: . , ; : # < > or a space.

We don't deliver to these P.O. boxes:

• In Puerto Rico.

• Xbox Design Lab ships FedEx only, and therefore can't be routed to deliver to a P.O. box.

• Receive delivery alerts and a view of upcoming deliveries.

Where we deliver

• The Microsoft Store only delivers to certain locations in Europe at this time. For sales in other countries or regions, visit one of our international Microsoft stores.

• We do not ship to PO box addresses or to certain areas of Europe.

• The freight forwarder requires a physical address for delivery.

• Microsoft Store can only ship to selected European locations at this time. For sales in other countries or regions, please visit one of the international Microsoft Stores.

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or to some European Territories.

• Carriers require a physical address for delivery.

Shipment tracking, times, and cost

• Delivery timelines for both Standard and Express Delivery for Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man are 2-6 business days from date of order.

• Available on eligible products. Not available with Xbox Design Lab products or any customizable products.

• Business days are Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

• All orders placed on the weekend, on a holiday, or after 13:00 local time will be processed the next business day.

• If your order includes multiple products, the shipping date for each product may be different, depending on product availability. Use the Order History feature in your Microsoft account to monitor the invoice date and estimated delivery date for each product in your order.

• Delivery may take longer around holidays or due to circumstances out of our control.

• Other shipping conditions may apply for certain products depending on your location.
