Present files and share apps
Select Share content on the meeting toolbar and choose how you want to share:

Select Desktop when you want to switch between multiple windows on your desktop to share content.
: Close anything on your computer that you do not want viewable, as well as webpages that send notifications. It's also a good idea to disable system notifications to avoid noise disruptions.

If you need to show only one thing, share a Window.

To show a presentation, selectPowerPoint. This lets students move through the slides on their own. If you want to control the slides, click the icon next to Stop presenting.
: To see the speaker during a presentation, click on their video. You can right click and select Pin to maintain focus on specific video feeds during the meeting.

Select Whiteboard to open the app and collaborate with students on a canvas.
: You can turn off student access and use the Whiteboard to demonstrate something in read-only mode. Share the Whiteboard app > Settings menu > move the toggle off for Other participants can edit.

When you're done presenting any file or app, click Stop presenting.
: To share audio, select Share content > move the toggle to Include computer sound > select your Desktop, a Window, or app to start sharing.
Let students share
When it's time for a student presentation, change their role from attendee to presenter.

Select Show participants .

Hover over the name of the student who needs to share.

Select More options .

Choose Make a presenter.

When they're done presenting, change their role back to attendee by repeating the steps above and selecting Make an attendee.
: If you or your students are presenting with a group, you can share duties like changing a file and moving through slides. While you're sharing, hover your cursor around the screen to show the sharing toolbar and choose to share control with group members.
Present files and share apps
When it's your turn to give a presentation or share your work, your educator will change your role to presenter.
To present to the whole class, select Share content on the meeting toolbar and choose what you want to show:

Select Desktop to share exactly what you see on your desktop.
: Close anything on your computer that you do not want viewable, as well as webpages that send notifications. It's also a good idea to disable system notifications to avoid noise disruptions.

If you only want to show to one thing, select a Window.
