Teams for work or school account users will join your meeting with their work or school account, personal account, or as a guest depending on their organization's policy. Teams for work or school user’s organization’s privacy policy and data handling terms do not apply to participation in Microsoft Teams (free) meetings. Instead, the Microsoft Privacy Statement governs data handling for meetings you invite others to join.
