Manage automatic workflows in Microsoft Teams

Microsoft TeamsYou can see all your automatic workflows and change or delete them in the Workflows app's dashboard.
To edit an automatic workflow:

On the left side of Teams, select View more apps > Workflows.

Select Manage Workflows.

Select More commands > Edit to the right of the workflow you want to edit.

To add a new step to the flow, select New step or choose a workflow arrow to add a step or a parallel branch.

Add the apps, triggers, or actions for the step.

The Flow checker validates the step. Correct any errors. Select Save.
To delete a step in an automatic workflow:

On the left side of Teams, select View more apps > Workflows.

Select Manage Workflows.

Select More commands > Edit to the right of the workflow you want to edit.

Select More options > Delete next to the step you want to delete.

Select Save.
To delete an automatic workflow:

On the left side of Teams, select View more apps > Workflows.

elect Manage Workflows.

Select More commands > Delete.

Select Save.
