Copy a team member’s workflow in Microsoft Teams
If you do the same task over and over again in Teams, chances are other people do too. If you use a template to create a workflow, it’s easy for other people to copy that workflow for their own use.
Note: If you've edited the template, people can't copy it.
Copy a team member’s workflow

When someone runs a workflow in a chat or channel where you’re a member, check the notification card to confirm who created the workflow and that it’s the workflow you want.

Select Get template to copy the workflow.
