Meeting commitment

Members will be asked to participate in a virtual meeting once per quarter, and to commit to the customer advisory board for a full year.  

This year, the customer advisory board will kick-off in person at the Microsoft 365 Community Conference, May 6th – 8th in Las Vegas, NV. While members will be encouraged to attend this inaugural meeting, in-person attendance is not required for membership acceptance.  After the conference, subsequent customer advisory board meetings will be held virtually.  

Eligibility criteria

This Microsoft 365 small and medium business customer advisory board is focused on the following profile, though Microsoft welcomes all small and medium businesses to apply.

  • Strategic decision-maker role (C-suite, Founder, Business or IT leader)

  • Represent a business with under 1,000 employees

  • Current Microsoft 365 customer

  • Based in Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific time zones 

Application process

We are accepting applications through February 28th, 2025. We aim to notify all applicants of their application status before March 7th, 2025. During the review period, the Microsoft 365 small and medium business customer advisory board recruitment committee may contact you for a 30-minute discussion to better understand your experience and role, as well as to address any questions you may have regarding the customer advisory board.
