PowerPoint on the web allows you to work with anyone. Just send a link with permissions, and anyone with web access will be able to view and, if you want, edit the presentation.

Select Share
to create and send links to your online doc. -
Select Insert > New Comment to trigger the Comment pane open. Comments will be seen by anyone with permissions to view the doc.

When you comment and use the @-sign with someone's name, the person you mention receives mail with a link to your comment.

To view earlier versions of this doc--and even switch back to one--select File > Info > Version History.
