What happens when someone calls me on Skype while I’m on another call?

Important: Starting in May 2025, Skype will no longer be available. By logging in to Microsoft Teams Free with your Skype account, your chats and contacts will appear in the app so you can pick up where you left off. You'll get an incoming call notification screen where you can:

Select the Video Call button to answer the new call with video. The call you're already on will be put on hold.
Select the Call button to answer the new call. The call you're already on will be put on hold.
Select the End call button to decline if you don't want to answer it.
Select the Merge calls button to merge your current and incoming Skype calls.

If you don't answer and you have Voice Messaging activated, the caller will be able to leave you a message.
