Microsoft has suspended new Skype purchases in Russia and Belarus. This includes purchases for new Skype subscriptions, Skype Numbers, Skype Credit, and gifting Skype Credit. For existing customers in Russia and Belarus, free Skype services, existing subscriptions, Skype Numbers, and Skype Credit will not be impacted and will continue to be available to use as normal.
