Important: Starting in May 2025, Skype will no longer be available. By logging in to Microsoft Teams Free with your Skype account, your chats and contacts will appear in the app so you can pick up where you left off. Yes. If you have registered several numbers to be used for caller identification, you can select a Skype Number or mobile number that has the same area and country code as the destination you are calling.
To display different numbers when you call different countries:

Sign in to your account.

In the Manage features section, click Caller ID.

Tick Automatically display a phone number that is local to the call destination .
