Where can I find the schedule for upcoming Webinars and Group Trainings?
The schedule for all upcoming Webinars and Group Trainings will be coming in Winter 2024. If you have any questions or would like more information about scheduling training for your organization, simply open a case in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
What is the new Customer Check-In and how often will it take place?
Each Professional Direct for Microsoft 365 customer will receive a Customer Check-In which will be proactively scheduled by our team of Microsoft Experts. This will come through as a case within the Microsoft 365 admin center. Each customer will receive up to 4 per calendar year, pending availability and scheduling. These sessions are optional, but highly recommended for customers.

Where is Professional Direct for Microsoft 365 available for purchase?
Professional Direct for Microsoft 365 is available in Volume Licensing, Web Direct, Microsoft 365 admin center, and the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) for customers who purchase their Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise subscription directly from Microsoft
Professional Direct for Microsoft 365 is not available to customers who purchase Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise subscriptions through the Cloud Service Provider Program (CSP) or other Third-Party sources.
How much does Professional Direct for Microsoft 365 cost?
$9 per license, per month – 1 license is required per seat of Microsoft 365 Business and/or Enterprise associated with your tenant
Can partners purchase Professional Direct for Microsoft 365 for their use?
No, Professional Direct for Microsoft 365 is for individual organizations that purchase their Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise licensing through Microsoft directly.
