Attachments missing from emails when using macOS Big Sur

ISSUE

Even though the message list shows the paper clip icon, Outlook for Mac fails to show attachments in emails when using the new Outlook for Mac, running older versions of macOS Big Sur prior to 11.6.8

STATUS: FIXED

Please install macOS Big Sur, version 11.6.8 or higher.
