Microsoft Copilot Academy is a set of learning paths designed by experts to help you use Microsoft 365 Copilot effectively. It’s a comprehensive, structured learning experience that you can complete at your own pace.
Content within the academy starts with the basics and moves on to more detailed information and hands-on learning experiences. Here are examples of just some of the information included:

Introduction to prompting, including effective prompting strategies and how to start with examples from the Copilot Prompt Gallery.

How to use Copilot to generate new ideas, create new content, and transform existing content.

How to chat with Copilot to get insights and summaries for documents, notes, spreadsheets, and more.

Using Copilot to catch up on emails and meetings using generated summaries.
How to access Copilot Academy
If you have access to Microsoft 365 Copilot, you can access the academy in one of two ways:

Go directly to the academy in the Viva Learning web app.
or

In Microsoft Teams, open Viva Learning and go to the Academies tab. From there, select Microsoft Copilot Academy from the dropdown.
Select a learning path and start your journey. You can start with the basics or select any learning path in any order you want.
You don’t have to finish it all at once. When you’re done with a learning path, mark it as Complete. Like all of your learning, your progress is tracked in Viva Learning under the My Learning tab.
